This month we have Alison Rexworthy from Refresco.
1. Could you give us a brief summary of the business, how many people you employ and your role within the business?
Refresco are the world’s largest independent bottler of beverages. Spread over 59 sites across Europe and the USA, we produce over 30 million litres of the world’s favourite drinks per day.
Within the UK we have 5 different sites, and I am the Manufacturing Support Manager. I have a team of four admins reporting into me, overseeing all admin tasks and indirect spend contracts.
2. How long have you been using The Holiday Tracker, how were you managing annual leave beforehand and why did you change?
We have been using the tracker for about a year now. We previously tracked our employees’ annual leave and sickness using a variety of different Excel documents, which was time consuming and left room for error.
3. What do you love best about The Holiday Tracker?
The Holiday Tracker brings a uniform approach to requesting, checking capacity and approving holiday requests. It’s easy to use, both at an administrative level, and by our employees in the factory. It gives me access to all the information I require through a range of reports. The support is also great, they’re always available to respond to any queries we have either on the phone or over email.
