{"id":544,"date":"2019-11-06T09:31:03","date_gmt":"2019-11-06T09:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogsource.theholidaytracker.co.uk\/?p=544"},"modified":"2023-12-13T16:46:04","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T16:46:04","slug":"i-cant-get-logged-into-the-holiday-tracker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theholidaytracke-4xhy3odrd6.live-website.com\/2019\/11\/06\/i-cant-get-logged-into-the-holiday-tracker\/","title":{"rendered":"I can\u2019t get logged into The Holiday Tracker"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>If you&#8217;re having trouble getting logged into The Holiday Tracker, then try following the instructions in this article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>There are two sets of instructions, depending upon if you still have the welcome email you received when your account was first set up:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"#got-welcome\">I&#8217;ve got the welcome email<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"#not-welcome\">I haven&#8217;t got the welcome email<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"got-welcome\">I\u2019ve got the email with my login details but I still can\u2019t login<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 3 possible causes for this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You changed your password since you received the email \u2013 <a href=\"#not-welcome\">go to &#8220;I haven&#8217;t got the welcome email&#8221;<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re entering your login details incorrectly.<br><strong>Double-check that you\u2019re entering the correct email address<\/strong> \u2013 the one in your welcome email \u2013 it\u2019s possible your account was setup using an email address other than the one you expected.<br><strong>Try the password again<\/strong> \u2013 if you\u2019ve tried copying and pasting it, try typing it instead (remember to use capital letters if the password contains capital letters).  If you\u2019ve tried typing it in, try copying and pasting instead.<br><strong>If all else fails<\/strong> \u2013  <a href=\"#not-welcome\">go to &#8220;I haven&#8217;t got the welcome email&#8221;<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your account has been closed by your administrator \u2013 check with the person within your organization that looks after The Holiday Tracker \u2013 this could be your HR manager.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"not-welcome\">I haven\u2019t got the welcome email with my login details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theholidaytracker.co.uk\">www.theholidaytracker.co.uk<\/a> and click <strong>Login<\/strong>.
